Good but not great. I actually dropped my Wizard once using it one-handed (caseless no less) and believe me, I thought twice before doing it again. I am eagerly looking at 3's phones page every day hoping that they will finally release the dopod 838 Pro. I will wait until your giveaway is over of course. Cheers!! The clickable thumbwheel and all of the additional buttons make a major difference in my opinion.
