It also reminds me of the Wireless Security Shield Pocket in the Mobile Edge bags I have reviewed. I am not sure if it is exactly the same, but it seems to be a similar principle.

I stumbled across this product several months ago and it sounds similar to the Passport Stronghold.

The Paraben has an effective frequency range of 30 Mhz to 10Ghz.  Even better, the Cloaktec Fabrics is supposed to have an effective frequency range of 10Mhz to 20Ghz.
