The event recounted to me by my friend... Lam: while i was on the phone talking to my mommy.... trying to get account information.. cause she had a meeting ALL this morning!! and i'm mourning. so chima calls me and says "it's ON!" so i run in.. costco site is bombardeed. chima is still stuck on "loading" well, after he hit "add to shopping cart" so i got back and check on costco and BAMMO "SOLD OUT" w/in like..seconds! Lam: oh well, guess it just wasn't meant to be... shame. Costco sold the PS3 online at 10:45am… or so..

Being married with kids and a house kind of kills this type of spontaneity, but not necessarily the desire for gadgets like this. It's a good thing that I wasn't really planning on shelling out the bucks for a PS3, since our car decided to "throw up" this morning, and it looks like the repair bill will be about.....$500-800. Let's see, a PS3 or fix the car?
