Spectec, the wonderful company who brought us tiny SD, miniSD and even microSD WiFi cards is at it again. Hot on the heals of their SD GPS with builtin microSD slot (soon to be reviewed here at Gear Diary) they are now showing off prototypes of a miniSD GPS, which looks to retain all of the features of its big brother (including the microSD slot).

No release date has been stated, but a demo unit was being shown off on the floor of CES. Compared to the regular SD version, the card is much smaller yet somehow still manages to pack in that microSD slot to make this one hot little accessory for your SD-deficient device (like the Treo 750v).
