It has four USB ports on the rear, external power, and dual cooling fans. There are plenty of testimonials at their web site, and they are true. Even without the fan on the temps of my laptop are cooler, to the point where the fans only come on low. I also have the EXACT same raisy-thingy that the second picture shows. It works the same as the other one I have except without the fans. Best thing about this one is you can adjust the angle.
