I do think you are right about it being an Exchange issue, at least partially. When I do get an error message with actual words in it, it is sometimes "cannot reach the server" or something like that. However other times it won't even connect to the PC at all and give the wonderful and informative message I gave earlier. It is not consistent. The 8525 gives me different connection problems from time to time as well. After how many years of ActiveStink and I mean STINK, it still doesn't work reliably or consistently. Pathetic.
