i-mate’s recent announcement of the Ultimate series of devices have seen many people drooling, myself included. Every one of these devices has very high specifications, including HSDPA, VGA screen, WiFi and Video Out, but differ on their design and screen size.

todopocketPC have posted images of each of these amazing devices, along with the specifications. I am torn between the 7150 (similar design to the HTC Universal) and 9150 (flip-phone). Which one do you like best?
