But I still can't find this product in any online store, has anyone had more luck?
Judie, have you considered reviewing the Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headset as well? There have been previous comparisons between the Jawbone and the older Gennum nXZEN 5500 (with some people preferring one or the other), and a Gear Diary comparison would be great -- especially since you've already tested the new nX6000.

Gennum rep had also told me back in April that they plan nX6000 channel availability in late May. Hello Harnish,
Thank you for your interest in Gennum's nX6000 model headset.
We plan to have the nX6000 model headset available in the existing channels coming soon. Unfortunately, we do not have a release date as of yet. Please visit www.nxzen.com for updates on availability.
Kind Regards,
Gennum Customer Service Rep.
So in a nutshell... "No soup for you!!!"

This is what I got back from Gennum…

Hello Harnish,<br

I'd bought a family member the nXZEN 5500 but he'd later broken it, and I was hoping to be able to buy him the nX6000 for his trip to NY next week?

Hi, I’ve been waiting for the nX6000 for myself and my family. The specs list "Multiple Device Pairing". Is this anything like the Plantronics MultiPoint technology? MultiPoint allows 2 phones to be paired with the headset and if either rings, a tap of the multifunction button will pick up either phone.
I have a Plantronics Discovery 640. I love the size and I love that I can have both my personal phone and my work phone paired at the same time. But I don't love how it does not have noise cancellation. This is bad for any phone meetings I have while driving.
Thanks for any info,
-- Edmund.

I have a question. The specs list “Multiple Device Pairing”. Is this anything like the Plantronics MultiPoint technology?
