Can you share with us the methodology of selecting the winner(s) of the various contests? Is it random or based on the user’s popularity on this blog?
I’ve been reading this blog for awhile and I’ve just created an account in order to enter the last 2 contests. When the next contest comes around, I’d like to know if I even have a shot to win. Regardless, I will still come to the blog and enjoy reading the various articles.

Hi jaxim, Winners are generally either chosen completely at random or based on how much the person judging a particular contest likes their answer. I try to have different Team members take turns judging the contests for the simple reason that it would be too easy for me to pick a name I recognize. We really do try to keep it as fair and as possible, so please do keep coming back and do keep entering; you absolutely have a shot to win.
