Clinton has just posted a review I wrote of DinarSoft’s MemMaid.
As some of you may recall, this is one of my “must load” pocket PC applications, and I had this to say about it last October: “If you use your Pocket PC for surfing, email, or anything that involves data, then it has picked up garbage that eats into available memory. This program fixes that, quickly and easily. It also does much more, so be sure to check it out; I consider it a must-buy.”

I still believe it to be the best application available; it does what it claims to do, and it does it well. I had this to say in the review…
How many times have you thought that your Pocket PC was slowing down because you had too much “stuff’ loaded on it? How many times have you been convinced that your available memory was being sucked into a giant void after a few Pocket Internet Explorer sessions? It shouldn’t surprise you that just as your computer collects temporary files in a folder, your Pocket PC does the same. These collected temporary files can quickly accumulate into a significant amount of tied-up memory; running MemMaid will delete them all - quickly and efficiently.

This is one I always install. One thing that bugs me about it, though, is that the softkey buttons don’t work with the hardware softkeys anytime but immediately after the program is loaded.

Chris, Sorry it took so long to respond! I haven’t had that problem. Aren’t you also using a Treo?

Sounds like an issue for customer support… :-/
