Then head over to Chris Leckness‘ blog, because he is giving away a retail packaged, full version of each. For those of you that weren’t aware, full versions of Windows Vista Ultimate carry an MSRP of $399, and Windows Office 2007 Ultimate will set you back $680(!!!).

Okay, so obviously you can find them for less on the web, but why spend even a dime when you might win one of them for free?
Check out the rules for the give-away here.

Speaking of free, Chris is getting ready to relaunch the first site he ever owned, Planet Freebie, which was originally launched in 1998. How he got the site back is a great story, but the goal of the site is even better. Be sure to check it out, and if you are so inclined – consider joining his freebie-searching blogger team! ![]()
And while I am on the subject of Vista…
Remember I had mentioned that I was going to take my Fujitsu T4215 back to XP? Yeah, well that lasted only a couple of weeks.
I am back to running full-on Vista Ultimate, and after another trip to Fujitsu’s service center, other than the loss of fingerprint scanner (yeah, I give up) everything seems to be working A-OK on my Tablet. For now, anyway.
