These things look like a Star Trek prop, especially with that blue light the ThermaClear puts out.

I am a bit fuzzy on what the heat does to the pimple. Is it doing something to the bacteria inside the pimple?

Since we are in “Too Much Information� land, I use Stridex and Clearasil products in extra strength and they always worked for me, that I never thought of trying anything else.
