Sometimes, if you are standing directly in the middle of the big tile your body shadow can get in the way. But putting your foot forward and on target (something like doing dance moves) will prevent big shadows. And in the companys demo video... it shows people using their hands too. I forgot to mention that I think this is a good workout, all that moving around and jumping is sure to help burn some calories. :) reidme:
