I’ll admit, I have it a little better than most cubicle dwellers. I actually have an office. With a window.

Of course the window just looks out into a bigger room at somebody else’s cube. And they quit recently, so I’m just staring at an empty chair and a blank computer monitor. Maybe I should burn up some carbon credits by leaving a screensaver of the outside world up on my ex-coworker’s screen so that I can pretend to have some contact with the outside world.

Or I could just dress the barren space up with some decorations from the good people at Cube-Star.com. They offer everything you need to turn your own personal space into a place you can be proud to call home for 8+ hours a day.

Check out some of their fun stuff after the jump.

Cube-Star.com is full of great ideas for gift-giving and decorating.

With a whimsical attitude and a careful eye toward what works within the limited available space of your typical office worker, they have selected some great items to help you stand out from the rest of the crowd.

I personally use a Dragonfly Fan on my desk to help win the battle of the thermostat that rages between me and my post menopausal boss. His office is three times the size of mine and has a brick exterior wall running the length of the north side, so I’ll cut him some slack, but sheesh!
Dragonfly

I know it looks dangerous all exposed like that with no guard on the blade, but it’s actually made of soft plastic. I’ve won more than one bet stopping it with my tongue. (You knew this would turn into a stunt review at some point, right?)

As a special incentive for GearDiary readers, www.Cube-Star.com is offering a 15% discount on all panoramic calendars purchased between December 19 and the end of the year. They’re specially designed to fit in that narrow space under your shelves, but still within sight lines. How thoughtful. And the 15% off is pretty thoughtful, too! Just use the code N4YGJT6S at check out.

If you’re so inclined, they’ve also started up a blog to discuss the trials and trevails of starting a new internet company at blog.cube-star.com. You can also track the latest in cube trends and personal offices in the news. It’s a pretty entertaining read.

Check them out! Tell them I sent you. Or just use that easy to remember code, N4YGJT6S. That’ll probably get you farther…
