Have you read the buzz about the Microsoft WorldWide Telescope? I became aware of this via a mysterious post by blogger Robert Scoble titled Microsoft Researcher’s make me cry where he talks about a secretive Microsoft project. His readers correctly guessed in the comments the secret would be unveiled as a WorldWide Telescope project. My skeptical self says there’s no way Microsoft makes this (easily) accessible on anything but Microsoft software (already there’s chatter that Mac can’t handle the graphics…).
