I Wish I Was Joking – Lullaby Renditions of AC/DC

Amazon sent me an email today at around 10am. I’m not sure which is scarier. That they claim I enjoyed listening to “Motown Two” by Michael McDonald or their belief that I’d be interested in Lullaby Renditions of AC/DC. Yeah, there’s actually a CD of AC/DC music redone as baby lullaby tunes. Click on through to the Amazon page and then scroll down for samples of “Highway to Hell” and “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap“. Can you see it now… “VH1 Behind the Music: AC/DC Plays Lullaby Live“. PS – Looks like there is a whole scary series of these.

My daughter loves the Metallica CD!! There is something about hearing “One” played with Bells that is both calming and disturbing…

Is it bad that I was jamming to the AC/DC version?
And Wayne, why are you acting all superior? I bet you would have ordered if the kids were the right age.

I didn’t realize that this was a whole series of CDs. I don’t know if i would have bought these for my kids. Certainly unique!

My sister-in-law got me the Green Day and Metallica CD’s of this series. I absolutely love it. Even the little guy seems to enjoy it, although admittedly I haven’t played them much since we got home from the hospital and living with my in-laws..
