I didn&#039;t get a chance to read the whole 10 as I&#039;m traveling - but I&#039;m thinking one big requirement must be that it&#039;s for non-commercial use as I know all film and TV shows are big on getting releases signed.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Too bad not everyone reads the 10 legal commandments.
