I know, I know…I made you all wait forever for this, and it’s really Jerry’s fault. He’s the one that videotaped me unboxing my gorgeous new laptop, and since it was the first time he had used the camcorder he just couldn’t seem to get it right. He was zooming in and out in all the wrong spots, my voice got distorted, somehow or another he managed to make me look really freaking scary.
Well, let’s just say that it took a LOT of special editing, but I think you will like the results…
It’s always nice to get a gadget that makes you really happy – and let’s just say that my new Mac Book Pro makes me really, really happy.
I started Gear Diary on September 30, 2006, and my goal was that this not be an easily labeled site. We all have gear that we use daily – some of it electronic and some of it organic. I think it is fascinating to explore the equipment that makes our lives easier, more entertaining, more productive, and more manageable. My hope is that Gear Diary visitors will find this site to be a comfortable and friendly place to discuss interesting topics – and not only those that are tech related, as well as a location to discover various types of gear – whatever that term may end up implying – that they never knew existed. This has to be THE best unboxing video of all time! I think it should be it’s very own soundtrack…”geek porn” indeed! My SO came into the room while I was watching, didn’t couldn’t believe that anyone else would sound like that opening a new gadget besides ME. LOL
