I've been traveling for over a week, so I haven't even opened it yet. If I can find room around the mounds of laundry I have....I'm planning to break into it this weekend.
Thanks!!!

I received mine while I was alway last week. I’ve been traveling for over a week, so I haven’t even opened it yet. 1. 5 year olds - use the small rink size and watch out for them leaning into the rink.
2. Adults playing together should _not_ use the small rink size. It's too easy to get into puck battles.
3. Puck battles with two adults whacking the puck can result in the two halves of the puck separating and needing to be pushed back together. (Done easily, but it delays the game while we do that.)
It's been fun so far and works really well on our carpet. We don't have hardwood/tile/laminate floors so I can't comment there, but I imagine it would work just as well. My wife has already started thinking up uses for taking it to her next teaching job. :-)

We got ours on Friday two. No idea if it's still around, but I'm betting not. Well, I really liked Transformers - favorite Transformer was probably one of the Dinobots or Skyfire (I think that's the name). I really liked the Space Lego sets as well, but didn't really have a favorite. For pure hours of usage, my Bike was probably the highest - I would often ride off to friends' houses, the mall, the park, etc.
I actually read a whole lot more than I played with toys, though.
On a related note, we had the Nerf version of Air Hockey - designed to be put on a smooth surface table. I actually brought it back from my parents' attic after my last trip to their house. I hope to get it set up where my daughter and I can play a game or two. It wasn't wonderful, but it worked.

Favorite? I also miss my Kenner Star Wars Stormtrooper figure from 1977 or 1978, 99 cents at the local Woolworths.

Tough call…probably my “Space” series Legos, in the days when Legos were mostly square.
