I try to drive semi-conservatively on the highway and have recorded mpg as high as 28. I usually average about 17.5 mpg with mostly city driving with a little freeway thrown in. If you decide to put your foot in it (as I occasionally do), forget the great mpg numbers, but what the heck, right? My 2006 model is rated at 400hp, not the 430 mentioned in your review of the 2008 model. My 400hp model will still set you back in your seat enough to get your attention. All this and it's a fantastic looking ride to boot...

I have a 2006 C6 (in Monterey Red, the best color) coupe.
