Use Your iPhone To Browse MLS Real Estate Listings

Looking for a new house? If you’re in Northern California you can try a new service for your iPhone offered by Terabitz that browses real estate listings – including MLS – by zip code or MLS #. The results show price and property details as well as providing a map. The site currently only offers Norther California property information but plans on expanding to other regions of the country shortly. If and when the iPhone offers GPS, I’d love to see a service like this which could pinpoint your location and automatically show homes for sale within a 10 mile radius.

Our Puluwai mobile real estate search for iPhone and Google Android uses GPS and cell tower triangulation data to search for real estate property listings within a search radius of your current location. Alternately you can enter a remote location and a search radius as well.

    Puluwai is currently in beta testing for iPhone and Android, and we’re looking to ship later this year when third party applications become available on both platforms.
