Agree with all your comments, the screen is truly awful compared to all of the other computers I've been using, but the lightness and compatability has been awesome.. The Kensington lock slot is terrible, have talked to several comrades at work that have almost ripped the screen off! Metal would be nice.. :-) The R500 is our new corporate hand out for those of us that travel a lot..
