Looks like iTunes is feeling generous tonight. An eagle eyed poster on the SlickDeals forum just noticed that the Hitman movie is available on iTunes — for Free. In order to take advantage you must follow these specific instructions.
To claim your free Hitman movie:
Log into your iTunes software
Click the “BROWSE” link in the upper right corner of iTunes (Quick Links Box) - this is important - if you don’t access the movie this way you won’t see the free price.

Select “MOVIES” and the GENRE of “THRILLER”

Collect your free Hitman Movie from iTunes.

Note: Your Mileage may vary on whether iTunes has just mis-priced this and eventually charge for the download. I was able to start the download (if you get an error - reread the instructions and re-start iTunes) and have not yet received any indication of a fee being charged (usually iTunes sends a purchase confirmation). I also went into my account to look at my purchase history - the Hitman movie shows @ $ 0.
Still, consider this a YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary - aka - I’m not reimbursing anyone if iTunes decides to charge everyone who downloads).

Grrr…I am getting an error saying it’s not longer available. I guess I will just have to rip my DVD to watch it on my iPhone.

A few people on Slickdeals were reporting that if they exited iTunes and went back in (sometimes repeatedly) that they were able to ultimately download the movie.
Big YMMV on this one — but interesting nonetheless because it’s openly available.

Trying again, then.

Man, they’d have to *pay me* to watch that movie.

Ha! It was fun, mindless entertainment.

I tried a couple of times, but couldn’t get it; and not too interested to try anymore.
Thanks for the tip, though.
