Both went off without a hitch. Thankfully, both are Intel based PC's and there wasn't any problem with any of the update processes. The install died partway through (apparently from some sort of registry permission or similar permission denied error), then rolled _most_ of the install back. It left a handful of SP3 specific DLL's that are now blocking him from installing the WPA2 update for XP SP2. We may try again if there's a new SP3 version available yet again.
