The All-New Compusa.com has the Lenovo 3000 on sale for $ 399 less a $ 100 mail in rebate (Rebate terms: Must purchase between 5/17 and 5/24 plus postmark within 30 days of purchase). If you can stomach a mail in rebate (which I generally try to avoid) - then this isn’t too bad a deal. It doesn’t include a monitor but it’s beefy enough elsewhere that it’s worth your consideration.
