It was a HUGE logistical mess. All of the networks terminate in that room somehow and they had to sever then reconnect all of those communications lines. If this happened at work, my life would SUCK. What I hate is that it sometimes appears that all online hosts trumpet their redundancy. But there's almost always some point of failure.
