Scam: your computer was infected our spyware

Just to let you know if you receive any bad pictures or videos with my return email address in the next 48 hours – those aren’t me in the photos ..honest..
Glad to inform you that four month ago your computer was infected our spyware, we had full access to your computer during that time We have complete your adress book, all logins and passwords for “dirty sites” where you rigistered. We had record form you webcam, incredible! Your hands may be better than hooker? ok about deals, in 48 hours that video and screen shots will send to whole your contact group.
This guy had me going for a while until I realized there was no possible way it could be true. I’m on a Mac and the email mentions PC! Posted in case someone you barely know suddenly tells you to disregard unusual emails from them with pictures attached.

Wayne, I have heard that “your hands may be better than hooker” and that you are “rigistered” for “dirty sites”. Good to hear that the rumors were true.

hehe — the scam was a pretty good one. Do you know if Western Union can put a stop payment on a money order? I’m just wondering.

Well, technically, Macs are also “PCs”… they’re Personal Computers… I mean, whoever named widows… errrm… Windows PCs? What makes Mac and Linux so impersonal?

This scam is quite a good one…had me going for a bit too. My wife was not too pleased that it had arrived in our in box. I never wrote to the scammers….How much were they asking for?…I’m still going to put tape over my web cam though lol.
