If you’re a fan of the Back to The Future movies, than you might want to float on over to Think Geek and pick up the Flux Capacitor, “the device that makes time travel possible”. It’s now available on Think Geek for a limited time at the low low price of $250.

I remember laughing with my friends when we first saw that movie - we were undergrads in colleges all around the country studying engineering or science of some sort and the entire concept was just hilarious. Then the next spring the university showed it in the largest lecture hall during the ‘grand marshall week’ and the entire place erupted at the mention of ‘flux capacitor’ …

Laugh all you want, but this is a “movie prop replica”. There’s a market for this stuff.
And yes, I bought one - got it a couple of weeks ago from another vendor. It goes great in my theater lobby with my Maltese Falcon, the golden idol from “Raiders of the Lost Arc” and a Neuralizer from “Men In Black”.

Hey I have a P.A.D.D. That I made from Star Trek: The Next Generation. Even the most advanced phone can’t do what it can do.

With rising gas prices, this could be the perfect investment device. Attach it to whichever car you’re driving and every time you’re near empty, just zip back to 1977 and pay $0.70 for a gallon of gas

Tariq: Good CALL!
Got to get BACK IN TIME!
Actually, you could either USE the gas at that price or sell it and make out big!

If I wanted to make it big, I would buy lottery tickets with the confirmed winning numbers

I so love that movie! I wonder if I could get one of these past my husband!
