I’d love to be able to test drive one of these to see if I could make it work. at 20.5 inches, the screen must be awesome. however, at 15 pounds, I don’t know if I’d be able to carry it every day (though I KNOW I would try…).
I went thru the config process, and it came out over $2k…WITH the discount. Oh well… maybe some year…

Hey, it’s still less than the…what was it? $4500 or so before all the free stuff the contest was kicking in? It’s a steep discount if someone were really tempted. I’m just not that someone.

You know what? I’ll stick to my MBP. Lifting that thing would probably cause solar eclipses and its sheer mass would cause a gravitational pull so large that it would cause high tide.

I just bought a Lenovo X61s for more than that. It’s crazy how much more is included with this than with my X61s. The price of portability! Clearly the two are not competing for the same market but it’s astounding when you compare the specs & price.
