Crunchgear is reporting that the demo they were offered would take place in a Starbucks at WWDC (I'm not sure if Crunchgear was serious). Matt Miller at the Mobile Gadgeteer seemed to think it odd (as do I) that Slingplayer is not going to ship at the announcement of iPhone v2 If there is a "silver bullet" to attack the iPhone with, it looks as if streaming media apps (which it seems Apple is prohibiting) may be the bullet. This is a much “weirder” story than it seems.
