CNET has an interesting report showing the cell phones that radiate the most RF energy. The government regulates how much of this RF energy can be absorbed by the body and they call this measurement SARS (specific absorption rate). In the US and Canada the maximum allowed SARS rate is 1.6 while Europe allows 2.0. According to CNET the highest SARS level award goes to the Motorola V195s with a 1.6 SARS rating , while the LG KG800 has the lowest with .135 SARS. Take a look at the CNET article to see if your phone is one of the highest in CNET’s testing.
