Remember the old style digital clocks that once were considered both state of the art and high tech. They worked by flipping through pages of numbers to display the correct time. Here’s your chance to own a funky bit of history. It’s the Retro Digital Flip Page Gear Clock from DealExtreme. An authentic looking flip clock where the gears are all exposed. The included AC Adapter runs off 230 volt AC – so depending on where you live you may have to swap it for another. There’s also an alarm that can be set by turning gears located off to the side of the clock. The price of $58.99 seems steep – but if you’re a collector of old technology, this may be just the thing for your living room! Check the next page for a few more pictures.

Tying this back to mobility for a sec…. this is one of the things that struck me odd about the HTC Diamond. Here we have a pretty advanced device and we put flip-style clocks on them? Hmmm…. of course the current LED version of HTC Home on their devices is kinda retro as well….

    Okay, nevermind….
