I backed up, and started the process, then my phone turned to a brick. Fail, fail, fail, download again. I uninstalled the tool kit and then re-installed. It started and then it said the vista package tool kit was not compatible with the Vista OS! Dead phone. I called Verizon and told them i did a hard reset because i was having problems with the phone, and it never came back to it's normal working mode. They are sending me a new one overnight.
