Here’s a free program called iRinger (Windows only – requires iPhone firmware 1.12+ – works with new 2.x firmware!) that automates the process of creating iPhone ringtones. Think of it as iPhone Ringtones made easy. There’s also an excellent (and short) YouTube video that teaches you about the software. Oh, did I mention the program itself is free?
