Have you ever had this happen? You’re in the middle of vacation and suddenly your camera’s memory card is completely full. It’s not always a problem if you have a laptop to download and save your photos to. But what happens if you’re in the middle of nowhere without a laptop or a spare memory card. Without a storage solution like the Photo Safe II you’d be out of luck. But since you’re smart and have planned ahead – you are ready to download those pictures to the Photo Safe II’s 80 GB or 160 GB hard drive – and then head back outside for more photos. You can copy the entire contents of your memory card with the one-touch “Auto Copy” button, with copy speeds of up to 5 MB /sec. Photo Safe II supports CF (Extreme III, IV, UDMA), MMC, SD/HC, miniSD, Memory STick, MS PRO, MS Duo, MS PRO Duo and xD picture cards. When you return home, connect the Photo Safe II back up to your computer where it functions as a hard drive, allowing you to download all your vacation photos. Photo Safe II (PST-251) is available immediately, priced at $139 MSRP for 80GB and
$189 MSRP for 160GB. It is compatible with PC and Mac computers.
