Starbucks has jumped onto the Twitter bandwagon by establishing their own Twitter account (MyStarbucksIdea). You may follow them on Twitter and “tweet” suggestions directly to their product team. As of this morning there were about 80 people following this account (a joyfully low number which means Starbucks folks will probably be able to see your postings to them). If you’re a diehard Stabucks-ite who wants to make suggestions about how to improve the product, stores – or anything Starbucks related – jump into this Twitter account before the fad passes.
