My main gripe is with WM application - it is capable of creating notes (both text and handwritten) but that's it - the only other thing that I can do with these notes is to sync them to the web and view them via browser... I don't know about the others, but most of the time I'm creating my notes with mobile device (in my case that's WM device) and what I would really need/want is functionality of their desktop application - syncing of notes and ability to edit them on the WM device. Also what would be nice is ability to mix text and ink (I don't think that's possible at the moment) and the ability to create to-do's. So for the moment I'll still use my PhatPad as note taking application and as for syncing, I just send the note to my work Exchange account - this way it's available on all my devices...
