Quirky emergency computer backup pen and pencil holder should be part of every corporate disaster plan

In my day job I consult with companies about their accounting software. You’d be absolutely amazed the number of times I’ve witnessed a complete system crash – with absolutely no working computer backup tape. With off-site systems like Carbonite or JungleDisk, which work in the background to automatically store data, there’s really no reason not to have a valid current backup. But if you’re one of those companies that likes “living dangerously” – you should think about investing in this Emergency Computer Backup pen and pencil holder. A tad expensive at $14, it’s nonetheless a funny office gag gift for the technically challenged. Just don’t gift it to your IT staff or you may suddenly find your email account mysteriously deleted.
