Haha, ebay, that is so true, it's hardly even exaggerating.
And the phone thing.. I live in France, the concept of 20$ for unlimited texting actually sounds good x.x (We get ads here that are all "Unlimited nights and weekends!" ...to anyone on the same operator. And this is an expensive privilege to have, whereas on my tmobile family plan in the US, that was just... included. Bah! That's getting entirely off topic though xD)

XD I wonder if we’ll eventually get porn and non-porn sections, kinda like smoking and non smoking (and everyone will want to go to the porn section because it means no kids.. lol!).

Haha, ebay, that is so true, it’s hardly even exaggerating.<br

I agree totally with nickel and diming for fees. If you look around that is (sadly) how most mature industries make ALL of their profit.
With cell phones we have text message rates that are absurd ($20 for unlimited texting on AT&T???) - regulatory recovery fees which are nothing but hidden rate hikes. Even look on eBay and see all the .99 items with $50 shipping (slight exaggeration).

Interestingly I spotted a news article yesterday about how some airlines are making the stewardesses police the passengers to make sure they are not surfing adult oriented material…

I agree totally with nickel and diming for fees. Like, a lot of people watch movies on laptops--as far as I know no one has a problem with you watching R-rated stuff even if a kid is sitting next to you. What about pornographic material? I'm curious as to how "private" your seat is considered to be..
Also, I love how wifi was supposed to be impossible on a plane, and now we have it! (I don't mind it, haha!) I will definitely pay the 13$ for it, but I hate this new "don't lower the cost of the ticket, but make a bunch of stuff extras instead of standard stuff". Food? Water? wtf. I mean, what is the huge difference of 13$ on most plane tickets? I understand it on discount airlines, but not major ones.

Clinton Fitch’s comment made me wonder…do airplanes have laws as to what you can watch in your seat? They are aiming it squarely at people like me who travel a lot and assume you know how to make your PC talk to the world wide net web.
How long do you think it'll be before we hear of a lawsuit because some guy d/l'd porn?

Good question Wayne – my guess is they will have a card in the seat pocket with FAQs/Tips. I'd definitely spring for $13

I wonder how they will support this in-flight…

I’d definitely spring for $13
