Don’t venture into the woods without this 7-in-1 survival tool. It’s a flashlight powered by either batteries or turning a crank to produce electricity. Aside from lighting your way in the woods, this impressive device also functions as an FM Radio, Cell Phone Charger (Nokia), Mosquito Repeller, Flashlight, Compass, iPod Speakers and Emergency Flashing Beacon. Cranking the handel for about 1 minute generates 45 minutes of power usage. If you’re not into cranking you can use 3 AAA batteries as a power source. Lighting is provided by 9 white LEDs and there’s a Nokia ACP-12C charging jack included with the phone. Who knew a flashlight could make getting lost in the woods so much fun! Watch for the next model which may include a Grizzly Bear stun gun.

    a few things:
    1) you link to it costing $52. walmart.com has the exact same one for $24: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5544185

(it was $22 the other day).

    2) i needed one asap, so i went to three walmarts and found one. it was only $18 in the store. this was approximately two weeks ago (labor day weekend)

    3) i am returning this. it is pretty poor. the speakers are real bad, it’s too bulky to pack, and the most important function (the light) is weak. like, it puts out very little light. i give it a thumbs down, even at $18, and definitely at $52.

…but it SEEMS like it could be cool (like i was excited when i found it on wal mart looking for lanterns), so thanks for posting. :) just wanted to warn people..
