Deal Extreme lists their $5.99 (free shipping) charger as compatible with iPod Nano, iPod Video, iPod Touch and iPhone. What’s attractive about this charger (beside the ultra-low price) is that it is powered entirely by two AA batteries. Throw this in your bag and when you need to charge your iPod, insert two AA batteries and enjoy. Admittedly, I’m a bit skeptical that such a low cost gizmo is going to replace the ~$100 extended batterie — but for only $5.71 I’m in for one – and I’ll report back when it gets here.
