Geocaching.com is an awesome site and it's a great way to get kids outside for some activity. My use of this application will likely be limited to while I'm in the car looking to search for a place to Geocache. My experience with most GPS units in the woods is that even the dedicated Garmin (and other) units have a lot of trouble holding a signal - so I have zero expectations that my iPhone will be able to capture both GPS and 3G.
