Vedante’s reflective Pop Bands keep trick or treaters safe from night drivers

Halloween is coming. That means those of you with small kids will soon be trailing them around the neighborhood as they dodge in and out of driveways – and across roads. Here’s an interesting reflective safety item that attaches to your arm, legs or virtually anywhere it can wrap itself. There’s no annoying velcro – simply straighten it and place it in the area to “wrap”. Let go and it wraps completely. This might be perfect for all of us who enjoy walking or running but live in areas where it gets dark starting at 5pm. These come in different sizes and their web site claims they fit nearly anywhere. I’m ordering a set of large from Amazon and will have an update when they arrive. One of my pet peeves with reflective devices is that they (a) slip down my arm as I walk and (b) can be difficult to use over bulky winter clothing. Update soon. Links below.

I’ve been using them for about a year now. Pretty cool…can’t see the reflection on yourself, but can on others. I get lots of great comments on the bike path at night. Fun..reflect in the colors :) . I’ve found if they are a little to big or little … they might curl on the edge.. just bend the edge flat and then they stay on very well. I use the large ones over my heavy down parka and the small ones on everything else.
