Nike+ users buy sportsuit for your sensor and save $30 on “special” Nike sneakers

I’ve recently started using the Nike+ system for recording my miles while walking. This remote sensor transmits data via a receiver that clips to my iPod Nano 4G. Think of it as a mini-pedometer that captures not only the distance that you walk or run but also the pace. When you sync up to iTunes all of your workout data is uploaded to the Nikeplus site. When I first bought the sensor I also had to get shoes with a “special” heel that contained a recess area to place the Nike+ chip. This morning I noticed this Marware Sportsuite Sensor Case priced at only $4.87 plus $3.98 shipping. It’s a small pouch that sets you free from Nike premium shoe pricing so you can place your Nike+ remote sensor and attach it to any shoe. This is helpful if you have more than one pair of shoes or don’t want to spend the extra $30 that Nike charged me for a sneaker with a hole.
