Unfortunately our options are limited and EBay just keeps upping the stranglehold with the behavior you mention.. Craigslist is great for stuff that is local pickup and cheap.. I'm more inclined to do my business via Craigslist or Amazon these days though sadly I won't be able to completely dump eBay. Now you understand why sellers have such high shipping. :p
