Google has turned on their new SearchWiki feature (watch video) allowing you to comment, remove or reposition any search results. In order to see this new feature you first must be logged into Google using your Google account. While the results of reposition or removing search results are only visible to you – the comments seem to be viewable by others by scrolling to the bottom of a search result and clicking “see all notes for this SearchWiki”. Most likely this is an experiment to see if Google can ultimately use human powered assistance to fine tune search results. The biggest hurdle Google will have to overcome is the Spam industry which seems to have unlimited time to screw with and try to game features like this.
