Excluding compilation albums, Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon is the third best selling album of all time (Thriller by Michael Jackson is #1 and AC/DC Back in Black is #2). It held the number one spot in the USA for only one week – but spent a total of 741 consecutive weeks (over 14 years) on Billboard’s list of the top 200 best selling albums, longer than any other album in the history of music-kind. It’s owned by an estimated one in every fourteen people under the age of fifty. If you’re not one of those who own a copy – or you’d like a full DRM free version of the album – here’s your chance. Amazon has the album for $5 in DRM free MP3.

Luckily I already have it on CD and ripped to MP3, as I’m sure it’s not available outside US.
It’s funny, I can buy a CD from Amazon and have it physically shipped pretty much anywhere on the planet, but I can’t buy and download same stuff if I live outside US…
