I was going to mention this to you after your syncing issues, as it's been around for a while and is well-regarded. It essentially emulates Exchange ActiveSync, IIRC. Glad Wayne posted about it!

I switched to this a few weeks ago (on my Moto Q9m) and I LOVE IT! I have not had to sync with my laptop since – a good thing, as that was always flaky.

Is it possible to do something like this without giving up my exchange server? I want to get my Calendar synced to Google calendar and my exchange server (contacts would be nice too).

I have been using Nuevasync fon my iPod Touch for about a month now, works great for contacts & calendar!

I have been using NuevaSync since I got my iPhone in August and it's GREAT! Sync the first time was almost instantaneous and I have never had a problem.
