eBay features 17,000 square foot Cave auction

Curtis and Deborah Sleeper have their 17,0000 square foot cave up for sale on eBay. They bought the cave in 2004 for $160,000 and made significant improvements. Unfortunately their financing comes due in May 2009 and they’re having trouble refinancing because no appraiser knows how to value a cave. This three bedroom two bath cave can be yours for $300,000.

it would have been awesome when I use to work night shift, nothing but darkness when you close the door, and no cell signal
