A rumor is circulating that BlackBerry manufacturer Research in Motion is poised to introduce a TV service that will download full content in the background to BlackBerry via Wi-Fi. The details are slim but according to advance reports multiple cable networks have licensed content for the service which will carry an as yet undisclosed monthly fee.
